1. Custom Import Duties

Please note, that for shipments that do not originate in your home country, custom import duties may be payable. Custom import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility where applicable. Normally, the shipping charges in our web store do not include the custom tax, except for items specially noted . We are not responsible for any problems caused by the custom check, and the import tax. For shipping to Eu countries, we may have an optional discounted VAT listed as a linked virtual product, do forget to add it to your shopping cart.

2. Invoice for International Buyers

International shipment needs an invoice for the custom clearance, we may help to reduce the total costs of import taxes. So, if you need a revised invoice for this purpose, please let us know or you may make a note (comment) when you place an order.

3. International Flat Rate Service and its Shipping Time

Usually, shipping transit time depends on several factors:

For international flat rate service, the shipping time is 7-20 business days to most of countries; please view the table below for an Approximate Time to your location.

• Shipping Fee: Free for the order which meet the following requirements

Total price of the order >= 250USD

When the order meets to one of the above requirement, it will be shipped for FREE via EMS/DHL/UPS Express to below country.

1) APO and PO Box Addresses

We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address for order delivery. Because that DHL and FedEx are unable to deliver items to APO or PO BOX addresses.
